Richard Abel Landscape Supplies first opened in 1997 as a branch-off of the already successful Richard
Abel Landscapes business. At that time the secondary arm of the company had only 1 delivery lorry ferrying primarily
turf, soil and bark across Kent and London.
Nearly a decade on Richard Abel Landscape Supplies is up there with its predecessor as one of the most respected
and renowned landscaping companies in Kent. From a company started by Richard Abel with one mower and a serious amount
of determination , the Abels as a whole family have nurtured and encouraged the business to where it is today, but still with
that touch of familiarity and tradition to give the customer that friendly feel.
The company is constantly expanding, with new stores opening in Ashford this year, meaning that our many
customers who live further out in Kent have easier access to our stores.
